Gerard H. Dericks (PhD, London School of Economics) has taught business management and economics at the London School of Economics and the University of Oxford, and is a Fellow of the British Higher Education Academy.

He is currently Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Economic Education at Hawaii Pacific University. He has provided economic consulting to Morgan Stanley, Lloyd’s, HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, Siemens, European Commission, UK Foreign & Commonwealth OfficeHG Capital, Property Market Analysis LLPRothschild Foundation, Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Fund, Policy Exchange, NaturEtrade, World Economic Forum, and was winner of the 2014 Wolfson Economics Prize with URBED - the second largest economics prize in the world after the Nobel.

World Business Academy is delivered synchronously over two weeks in (i) ten live and interactive online classes, and (ii) two one-on-one personalized academic tutorials led by Dr. Gerard Dericks. The program follows the World Business Academy curriculum and includes:
